  Absolutely serene. After such a long few months at work, my partner and I thought camping would be a nice escape from the city. A family friend recommended Echo Lake as she said the sites by the water were very beautiful. She definitely was not kidding! The second we arrived at our campsite, it was almost as if I lost 20lbs of stress from stunning view alone! (If only it were literal lbs lol) The owners of the resort were super helpful and extremely friendly. You can definitely tell from their service that they care deeply about their campground/home. We camped here May 4-6 this year while it was starting to get warmer out. Although it rained 2 of 3 nights, the sound and smell of the rain was just as tranquil. Our last night there it was clear skies and absolutely breathtaking. When the moon is full and the skies are clear you can see the light reflect over the entire lake and hear only the sounds of the loons and fish jumping for flies. Long story short, you HAVE to see this place! We are definitely returning!

  Beautiful scenery! Stayed for a week in Cabin 1. It was a perfect getaway for two! Loved having the wood burning stove to warm the cabin at night. Bring what you need as town was a bit far. Although gravel road was very easy to drive. Best fishing was from the private dock! Owners were very helpful yet gave us complete privacy! Can't wait to go back!
